How do I order online?
If this is your first time ordering through our website, we'll need to collect a few details on the registration page first. It is important to give as much detail as possible to ensure speedy delivery. Once the registration process is complete, we'll supply you with a username and a password to use next time to make your ordering even easier. Once you've successfully registered, choose the menu you'd like to order from and enter the quantities of dishes you'd like.
How can I pay?
We accept cash at the door. If you need change of a large note, please let us know so we can arrange appropriate change for you. We also take American Express, Diner's Club, Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard for your convenience. Credit Cards must be produced on delivery so that our driver can obtain a signature.
How much does it cost?
All you have to pay are the menu costs and a small delivery fee! Orders under $15 are subject to a minimum order fee.
How long does it take?
Delivery is usually within 60 minutes from the time of your order to when the driver delivers your hot, restaurant fresh food. Some delays may be experienced on occasion due to busy restaurants, adverse weather or traffic. We commit to deliver your food as soon possible, commensurate with these factors.
Can I order in advance?
Yes! Please be sure to mention the delivery date and time in the notes section.

Moving Menus welcomes corporate and business deliveries, no matter how small or large the occasion is. For just a “one off” or for regular meal deliveries - we are the experts. Simply order online or phone 1300 131 261 and one of our friendly operators will assist. We have many regular corporate & business customers throughout Sydney and Melbourne. Corporate accounts are available.

We deliver meals to hotels throughout Sydney & Melbourne. Select your meal from the menu guide in the hotel room or simply order online. We deliver direct to your room. If your room does not have a menu book phone reception to request one.
