Opening Hours
7 days a week from 5pm-10pm. Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Night, New Years Eve and Easter Good Friday. Opened all other nights for your convenience. If you’re ordering close to 10pm please be aware that some restaurant kitchens may already be closed. You will be advised upon ordering.
Registering
Why register?
We give you access to a wide range of restaurants, all from the comfort of your own home, office, or hotel room. Registering simply means you don't need to repeat your details each time you order.
How do I register?
Simply click on the "New Users" button and you'll be asked to submit some basic contact details for hassle free delivery. Remember, we need accurate phone and address details to deliver your food on time.
I've lost my password!
No problems, simply go to our password recovery page and we'll email you your password.
What happens when I register?
We'll give you a username and password to be used for all future orders.
Ordering
How do I order?
You can order instantly through our website, speak to our booking consultants over the phone on 1300 131 261, or you can email your order to admin@movingmenus.com.au
Can I order from multiple restaurants at one time?
No problems, however, please be aware that the meals will be delivered at separate times and will incur a delivery fee per restaurant. If you're ordering online then once you've ordered from the first restaurant, please log out and then log in again before ordering from the next restaurant. If ordering via the phone you can simply make one order after each other.
Can you pick up other items?
Drivers can purchase up to 3 items of your choice such as drinks or chocolate from a convenience store. There is an additional fee for this service of $3.00. If you’ve forgotten something, this is such a convenient way to make your night that much more enjoyable. Your delivery time of course will be a little longer.
Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed with the relevant restaurant we cannot change your order.
Payment
How much does it cost?
All you have to pay are the menu costs and a small delivery fee of $6.95. Orders under $20 are subject to a minimum order fee of $2.00. All prices include GST.
How can I pay?
1. Cash: If you need change from a large note please let us know so that we can arrange the appropriate change for you.
2. Credit Card: For your convenience we accept all cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diner’s Club. An 80 cents credit card fee applies for all credit card transactions
Do I enter my credit card details online?
No. Once you submit your order our operators will call you to confirm the menu items and confirm your payment over the phone.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 60 minutes from the time of your order to when the driver delivers your hot, freshly prepared restaurant meal. Some delays may be experienced on occasion due to busy restaurant kitchens, adverse weather or traffic.
Will you call me if there is a delay?
Yes. We will call you if there are any delays from the original estimated delivery time for whatever reason. We monitor our service levels very carefully and appreciate your feedback.

- Expect the food to be of high quality and good value for money for a small delivery fee. None of the delivery fee goes to Moving Menus. Our drivers get the full delivery fee plus more per delivery. They are not paid by the hour so their mission is to get deliveries done promptly without spilling food and having it go cold.
- Expect us to control the ordering process from restaurant preparation to your delivery. Your meal will be carried in specially designed food equipment and heavy duty pizza bags.
- Expect us to take the responsibility of your meal to be delivered hot and on time with no mistakes.
- Expect us to have a guaranteed service that will deliver for you every time. We are respected by our customers, corporate clients, hotel staff and restaurant partners for a reliable, trusted service.
