Bill Corbett, spent most of his career as a commodity trader buying and selling containers of fruits and nuts to Australian based manufacturers, which gave him a great understanding of account management and customer service expectations. Always having a passion for the service industry, he decided it was time to hit the world of small business.
Having been a customer to many fruit and nut property owners in Amsterdam, Thailand and South America, he understood what it means to listen to your customers’ needs and ensure they are treated with the respect and honesty that they deserve. With this in mind, the Moving Menus difference was born. Bill’s passion and enthusiasm is to continue to provide the “perfect delivery service”.
Deb Corbett, spent her career in the travel industry having worked for a cruise ship company for 8 years and then headed up the marketing for a retail travel agency chain that had over 650 member agencies nationwide. After 12 years of running a busy marketing department, it was time for a change. Deb’s experience in brand management & customer relations made the transition into small business an easy decision. Now responsible for her own brand, product & service delivery, the Moving Menus difference will grow from strength to strength.
Operations
Andy and Tarek are legends in the restaurant delivery service sector. Each having over 15 years experience in the industry, their knowledge of making seamless deliveries is second to none. Dealing with restaurant suppliers, residential customers, hotel guests and corporate clients who all have different needs to fulfill is what they are experts in. Your meal is in safe hands!
Service Desk
Our booking consultants undertake quality customer service training and understand that people are tired and hungry and want to talk to qualified consultants who can order their dinner efficiently and with no mistakes! They are friendly, helpful and professional.
Dispatch
All our drivers are experienced in delivering food and more importantly familiar with the roads in our serviced areas. Our drivers use specially designed food equipment and heavy duty pizza bags to deliver your meal. The delivery fee that you pay goes directly to the driver. None of this fee goes to Moving Menus. It is in our driver’s best interest to deliver your meal efficiently ie hot and on time. Our drivers are friendly and are dressed in uniform so they can be easily identified. They are a critical part of the Moving Menus family.
